Grout Armor® is a proprietary color sealer that is applied to the grout which seals the grout lines making it non-porous so bacteria and dirt will no longer absorb in the grout line while maintaining a consistent color.  The Grout Armor® process is guaranteed to resist stains and can lasts 15 years if properly maintained.

Other "grout cleaning processes" use acids or harsh cleaning chemicals that clean the grout lines but NEVER to the extent that the color of the grout lines are consistent.  Even when a steam cleaner is used the color of the grout lines are not consistent.  The Grout Armor® process guarantees 100% color consistency from one end of the floor to the other, no matter how dirty the floor is.  There are even some commercial processes that burn the glaze off the non-porous tile, making it porous.  Then the

grout lines are treated.  Then finally a topographical coating is applied to the tile floor.  Unfortunately this top coat is in no way as hard and resilient as the original tile. The Grout Armor® Process treats only the problem, the dirty grout.  We do not

attempt to "Recreate" your floor, just restore and protect it.

Granted steam cleaning will clean your floor better than most other process however you still end up with shade variations and uneven coloring.  Not the desired look to illustrate how impeccable your facility is maintained.
